Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently asked questions received from our customers

1) What is ISO?
Means International Standardization Organization. It is a group of 156 national standards bodies
who has it headquarter in Geneva, Switzerland.
ISO is a non-governmental organization: its members are not delegations of national governments.
Therefore, ISO can act as a bridge between business requirements and needs of consumers and users.

ISO defines a procedure as "specifically way to perform an activity or process”.

ISO 9001 requires a quality manual, procedures, quality policy, quality objectives and other planning documents
and to demonstrate what works and what controls your business processes.

11) Are you going to generate much paperwork?
The basis of the quality system is able to demonstrate that what is done is what is written and
documented.
So it is just as important to document control.
When you implement a quality system ISO 9001, will be forced to create new documents
(depending on the degree of implementation in your company written documentation
that will be more or less abundant).

However, this documentation is necessary for the proper functioning of the company,
and if not had before, was a clear lack.
You should now control all the documentation (manual, procedures and records mainly)
in an orderly manner.
To help in that effort, in aid have a software that can help a lot when you have everything organized,

controlled and updated. See our tools in the Information section of ISO management software paperless.

12) Will I be able to do my own?
Depending on the background you have, you can more or less easy.
However, anyone involved and familiar with the operation of the company

will be able

with the documentation provided to you, to implement a quality system.
The most comprehensive is the all in one pack, which includes a course

of implementing a quality system.

And also free of charge, we'll add a guide for the application of the rule, in which each chapter

will explain the rule, all the explanations and things to avoid for a successful implementation.
With all these contributions, you will be perfectly able of implementing the quality

system without further assistance.

will assist you and answer all your questions.

13) I want to participate to supply government agencies and asking me to have a quality system.

What do I have to do?
Depending on the type, you require different things.
Perhaps with a quality system implemented could be sufficient. In this case our Certificate of implementing
a quality system according to ISO 9001 2008, will be sufficient (for many of our clients).
If what you ask is that your quality system is certified by an accredited agency will require
that after implementation, contact one of these companies to achieve an official certificate.
In questions 8, 9 and 10 you have more details on this topic.
Many people talk about the high cost of implementing ISO 9001.
Our proposal: its quality system based on what you're doing now.
